Cubano sandwich
Amy and Joshua opened Pi'ilani Kitchen in February 2024. They are long time island residents and are members of the Pepe'ekeo community. After serving as executive chef for two decades at one of the Big Islands top restaurants, Joshua is excited to have a small family run establishment in his own neighborhood, serving community members and visitors alike. At the heart of our menu is the desire to make delicious food that leaves you happy and content. We support our local farmers, ranchers, and fisher people, and use as many local ingredients as possible. Mahalo!!
